Happy New Years Eve everyone!  I thought this picture I took this past weekend was a fitting way to end the year, a sunset on 2014 and hoping that 2015 is prosperous and happy.  I wanted to take a minute to thank my wonderful readers especially Suzassippi , Beth, and Abigail.   Yall have been wonderful to get to know this year and I look forward to following you as we move into the new year.  Suzassippi posted a lovely entry here about the journal and I couldn't be more pleased and honored.  Thanks so much again.  All three post the most wonderful pictures and stories as well and leave the most encouraging comments.  Thank you girls, you make me feel like what I'm doing here is worthwhile.

So what is in store for 2015?  Hopefully more stories, more pictures, more recipes, and getting to know some of you readers better.  If you ever want to leave a comment, FEEL FREE!  I don't bite I promise.  :)  There is an absolute avalanche of pictures awaiting editing on my computer and today I'm doing a little planning to hopefully get more regular content out there.  I don't know what the direction for my little blog will be but I hope to get a couple of projects off the ground that have been rattling around in my head the last few years.

Thank you again everyone for looking, reading, and listening to me ramble on and on.  Even if you never comment please know I still appreciate you stopping by and having a look.

Cheers again my friends and may the words of an old cowboy prayer take us into the new year:

Cowboy Prayer

May your belly never grumble,
May your heart never ache,
May your horse never stumble,
May your cinch never break.
Amen.

  1. Thanks to you, for finding me in the first place! I just love all these connections, and of course, had to check out Abigail's blog, and what's not to love about the adventures of a girl and her dog?!?!?

2015 is going to be an amazing year. I do not know why yet, but it will be: they all are! Happy New Year to you and your family.
