Brooksville Baptist Church
Good Tuesday everyone! I have been a little MIA for most of
the weekend due to a stomach issue on my part and my baby girl having a sinus
infection. Her right eye was so puffy I feared pink eye, but a trip to the walk
in clinic Sunday afternoon confirmed no pink eye, but she did have a sinus infection, two pink
ears, and a hefty dose of cranky little girl. The last I already knew. I had to take off from
work yesterday to let her sleep and recover and am glad to say that she is back
in daycare today and seems to be doing better. No call from the powers that be
just yet.
You would think being off an entire day yesterday I would
have gotten more accomplished but no I spent the day holding a sick toddler,
watching Family Guy reruns, and documentaries on ancient Egypt. Yes, you read
that right. I can go from cartoons to listening to Zahi Hawass discuss the
Temple at Karnak. Yes, I am that weird.
After that little trip down the rabbit path, today's post is
about Brooksville Baptist Church. This was the church I was married in and it's
a beautiful, beautiful church. It has gorgeous stained glass windows and
recently celebrated its 100th anniversary.
Just a short post for today. Let's hope this week is better than last week. Later my lovelies!
