Fall Soybeans

Sometimes I see something and wait for just the right opportunity to photograph it, and sometimes I just whip off the road and start taking pictures. 

These would be some of the whip off the road and start taking pictures pictures. 

 

 

Fall on the prairie means soybean and cotton harvest. B who lives in Illinois also farms some land here in Noxubee and this is his bean truck and soybean fields. I saw the red bed of the truck outlined against the blue of the sky that day and just couldn't resist.  

 

 

 

 

It's nice to have these pictures to remind me of the beautiful fall we were having especially on a day like today.  Wet.  Cold.  Threats of ice and sleet.

 

Yuck. 

 

A good day to curl up with some coffee and your favorite dog and hopefully you have the week off as well - unlike some of us.  Have a good day my lovelies!
